All deviations from the system are stored in a separate log in ePay, which can be accessed from the administration to ePay. If there are problems with calling our webservice, then information for troubleshooting (debugging) is available in this log.

If there is an error code (-1003) "Not open to the IP address of the remote interface", the error due to the business number for use with the IP address as you call from ePay is not valid. Create since the IP address inside the ePay or ePay contact for further information.

In the case of error (-1002) "Business Number not created in ePay, this is because business number is used, not created in ePay.
